Gym

I popped to the UWS Sports Centre today. It's right next to the new Wales National Pool, which I'll also be making a visit to.

I met Brian, the rottweiler (not a real one), who has been working there for 20 odd years (a UWS lifer?) Apparently the climbing wall is off limits unless you are the climbing club, and they haven't been for a couple of weeks. So that's a bummer. But the gym looks good, even if it is in the basement, and my induction is next week.

I guess I should go for a run tomorrow. If it's not raining.
