Lunchtime Beers

Oh dear. This is bad. I seem to have narrowed down the post-pub-lunch indigestion down to having a beer. I've tried changing the food. And the pub. And it's not even a lot of beer. Does this mean I'm stuck to just having a coke with my lunch if I go out? Damn it!
